Perfect cross between a quesadilla and a Taco. Tortilla dipped in consume and grilled on a flat top grill with Steak, cheese, onion and cilantro inside and consume on the side for dipping.

Coyote's Food Truck is family owned and operated. We are at our coquille location Sunday-Wednesdays and Thursday-Friday we are at the Myrtle Point Redbarn Dispensary unless we have an event. Our goal is to serve quality food that is fresh everyday.

This place has THE best queso-beeria tacos! The last time I ate here, I was very very quiet while I placed my plate of food on top of my head... do you know what I heard? I heard the sound my tongue beating my brains out trying to get to those tacos! Seriously, make the trip out to see these guys and treat yourself to some of the most delicious food you've ever put in your face!

I LOVE their food! The steak nachos are my fav. They have a green sauce that isn't hot which is perfect for me and it tastes yummy.

Being a so cal transplant trying to find some amazing Mexican food has been a struggle, until we found Coyote food truck and restaurants! They have great portion sizes and their food is sooo good! Definitely what we were looking for! I would recommend them if you want to have some good Mexican food!!
